OUR SPACE

This historic space has been converted specifically for use as a hot yoga studio. We curated the perfect combination of heat and humidity equipment to provide the ideal atmosphere for our Power 60 class. The air is continuously purified throughout the duration of the class

AMENITIES

For added convenience, we have two dedicated changing spaces. If you forget your towel or mat, we have some available for rent or purchase

TEACHER

Claire received her 200hr teaching certificate from Live Love Teach, a national yoga teacher training school led by Philip Urso and Renee Deslauriers. The teachings are focused on delivering students a transformational experience as well as equipping students with yoga based mindfullness tools to use in their daily lives. The school is based in Jamestown, Rhode Island where they also own and operate Rhode Island Power Yoga studio.
