Foire aux questions.
what should i bring with me ?
Come with a water bottle, towel, and yoga mat. Wear clothes that you can easily move in and that you are comfortable perspiring in. In winter months, it’s a good idea to bring a change of clothes for after class. If you don’t have a yoga mat or towel, we have some available for rent!
how should i prepare for class?
No major preparation required. Come in with an open mind and zero judgements. It is however a good idea to hydrate before arriving. You will sweat. We also recommend you don’t eat less two hours prior to class. This is simply for your comfort.
I’ve never done yoga. can i really do this ? is there a beginner class i shoud try?
This practice is accessible to most healthy, active individuals. In our classes you will see yogis of all kinds. Some who have just begun practicing and others who have spent a lifetime on a yoga mat. We offer modifications throughout class and you are free to move at your own pace. While beginners may find the practice physically challenging, we promise that if you stick with it (at lease 5 classes) you will be amazed at what your mind and body are capable of. You will be transformed. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
Do you have changing facilities and showers?
We have two private changing spaces available. We do not have showers available.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
All classes begin ON-TIME. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before your class is scheduled to start and no more than 15 minutes before class. If you buzz after class begins, we will not be able to let you in to the studio
cancellations?
If you can’t make it, don’t worry about it. We do ask that you login and cancel your reservation. This allows others to sign up if space is limited and for your class to be credited back to your account.
